I love playing gang garrison 2, and one of my favorite classes to play as is the  x17. However, I feel the constructor lacks the true abilities that he has in TF2. Because all he has is a sentry gun, and adding teleporters and dispensers may be OP, I suggest that engineers should have passive repair.

Basically, when an engineer stands on a  x5 of their own team, it heals, at about the same rate as the medic passive heals. A way to implement this could be a collision check from the sentry gun for a team's engineer, and if an engineer was in contact, it would begin healing slowly, and continue until collision ended.

I hope the idea is given adequate thought, and hopefully is added. Thank you!

Hmmm, this is the best repair idea I've heard. At least, so long as it uses N&B. one problem I see though... multiple engies standing on one sentry would make it invincible.

The constructors aren't invincible unless there are a few healers on all of them.

The sentry would have to actually be strong to warrant that.

This is a good idea, but I don't like two things: the engineer has to stand on his sentry gun for it to heal (it'd be better if he can stand behind it), and the fact that it only heals at the passive healing speed of the medic. I think it should heal faster than the passive healing, but how fast I don't know.
