In response to the pole, healer actually seems to work decently in lag, it's just that your dodging isn't as sharp.
Otherwise, constructor since it doesn't particularly require any effort.

At the poll, I can't single one out. Runner has speed (even though he'd walk into walls), Rocketman and Overweight have simple aiming, Healer can at least get their main job done a bit, Constructor has an autogun, Infiltrators can somewhat hide when lagging, and Q/C has a shield.

I think Constructor because the autogun aims for you. But spies will mess you up.

I've had multiple times where I put my autogun in the wrong place. Because of the lag.

Rathdrum is, in my opinion, the easiest map to defend on.

Which makes it worse, because it reinforces the fact that you're always going to be stuck there for way too long.
And it's cramped, tedious, doesn't have proper spawn rooms... it's just not a well designed map, in my opinion.

oh I see what you mean whoever made it forgot to put no-build zone boxes in spawn also who made a defferent version of map that has gibboxes by red spawn and below third cap?
