Shouldn't the best advice be "learn to code in pseudo code first, then learn a programming language later"?
Learning to code is basically learning by doing. You can read as much as you want, you'll start to really learn only as soon as you code and test it. In my opinion. I like this advice, my ist teacher teaches some programming, and he says hes its much easier to learn just by typing it out manually, rather than copy paste, as its kind of like studying

Which Computer is better, I am debating between these two:
Dell XPS 8300: Operating System: Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit Processor: Intel Core i5 2320 (6MB cache, 3.0 GHz) Memory: 6GB DDR3 SDRAM at 1333MHz - 4 DIMMs Hard Drive: 500GB - 7200RPM, SATA 3.0Gb/s, 16MB Cache Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 6450 1GB DDR3 Sound Card: THX TruStudio PC Power Supply: 460 watts Price: $650
HP Pavilion h8m: Operating System: Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit Processor: AMD FX-6100 six-core processor (3.3GHz, 6MB L2/8MB L3 Cache) Memory: FREE UPGRADE to 6GB DDR3-1333MHz SDRAM [3 DIMMs] from 4GB Hard Drive: 1TB 7200 rpm SATA 3Gb/s hard drive Graphics Card: 1GB DDR3 AMD Radeon HD 6570 Sound Card: Beats Audio Integrated studio quality sound Power Supply: 460 watts Price: $680
Which computer is better and why?
The HP's graphics card got upgraded.... So now what do you guys think is better and why? My dad says the more time I wait I can get a better one, but he says 900 is the max, including the monitor and speakers.... So yeah. I would say the Dell since its using Intel and will perform better than that Bulldozer. Is there any reason why you can't build your own PC?

Barely. It's a 5% increase in benchmark scores over the AMD, but with the second package you get twice as much harddrive space and a better graphics card. EDIT: Not to mention the AMD has two more cores. Probably higher scores in multitasking.

Also they are the same price now. I don't really plan on doing intense shit. Just be able to run TF2 well and when to be able to multitask a lot. Such as have word open and while writing my essay, host a gg2 server, while listening to music and maybe other shit. Also I can't build my own computer because my dad won't let me. By the way, with those above computers what frame rate would I be able to record without experiancing any delay? I would probably say 30 fps, meanwhile I have no idea which part of the computer determines that....

Don't get the Dell just because it has Intel, you're really retarted if your going to lose 500gb of space and a graphics card just for "LOL INTEL BETTER THAN AMD". Get the HP, AMD'd run perfectly fine. I have one and would rather pay for my AMD than a overpriced Intel processor that runs and insignificant amount better than an AMD.

Dense as bricks Craz, get the best cpu possible for your money, that's what will allow you to seamlessly multitask, as per how you want to Modern Intel chipsets are in general better, but I prefer AMD for its bang/$

Get the godamn hp, don't be a prissy bitch over a slightly better Intel CPU, its honestly an insignificant amount better than bulldozer anyway plus youl get a 6core processor with amd which will help you multitask.

So today I wake up, let the computer boot and as soon as I turn on the screen I find out Babylon and 7pic or some similar program seemingly autodownloaded and installed themselves, also changing my main page on chrome.
Seems legit

The hard drive doesn't really matter to me. Both of them seem to big. If I am not mistaken the hard drive is the Local Disk C right? If so my hard drive is 40gb. I just need probably 200gb's
