Ah. Ultra Kage are loud but work. I would only use them for pushing. Gentle typhoons are quiet and good for everything else.  z6

Oh god yeah they are loud. I have a bay fan controller that I use to set it low enough to not be too noisy, but I also have to option of turning it all the way up in case I happen to be playing Crysis. Or Skyrim, as it turns out.

I'm probably going to get some Yate Loons (medium speed) from  http://ftwpc.com/cooling/fans.html cause getting more AP-15s cost too much.   z4

Wow, 110cfm at 28dBA on those AP-15s? I really want some now... Only $5 more too, that kicks the shit out of the Kaze and it's fucking 45dba.

Yeah, that's settled, I'm replacing all 3 fans with these. Maybe a fourth if I can figure out how to remove the one in my bay radiator.

Edit:
Too bad it's sold out EVERYWHERE.

Edit:
The best I could find were these:

103cfm @ 35dba

Actually, yeah, but you shouldn't put any optical part into the oil, since it'll distort the light.
But: Use at your own risk!

I prefer a simple switch or only one button.

Simple switch? What would count as that?

Membranes don't. Cherry MX could, and Alps could I suppose.
