Rebel, there any way to bind a hotkey to toggle contiguous (sp?)?
Thats a good question. I don't know, but if it isn't possible, what I usually do is have paint bucket contiguous and magic wand not contiguous. That way it pretty much functions as a hotkey between the two desired functions using alt/ctrl+backspace for filling selections with foreground/background colors.

You're right about the scaling algorithms, btw. I resized a few pixel images to compare Scale2x and Nearest Neighbor, and the Scale2x messed up all of the details and Nearest Neighbor retained everything perfectly.

I did some research on the scale2x algorithm, and it does take great liberty in attempting to smooth out rescaled pixels by creating additional corner pixels per center (or something like that). Afaik, nearest neighbor uses a uniform algorithm (grid) that duplicates the color next to it.

Not so sure where to post this but I wanna use this drawing I made myself for my avatar. Can someone make this transparent? Also, if you know the right thread to post this stuff, then tell me.

Well, I did draw this picture in my early days when I wasn't very experienced. I'm sure you would like this picture *made in Microsoft Paint*
