Then we were winning 3-0 with 4th intel in our base.

Now we have to start 3-0 again. Really?

I lagged and I had to reboot my comp. 

SZP matches were horribly laggy.

 We did pretty good with no organization whatsoever. First match was intense, second was pretty good, and boosted our morale, but we fell apart on the last due to lag, no strategy, etc etc.

We all made some mistakes but hey, we played a good match and toughed it out through the SZP storm.

TIC, we did great. GA was a formidable opponent and we pulled through!

Match 1 was epic. Possibly one of the most epic games in the tourney and should be part of a montage lol. CSoup and Protoman were a fearsome duo, but me, Trueblade and Ultros made some good pushes and we had Chu collect the reward. GA seemed to lose it's cool once we got the intel out in the open, so we took advantage of that and did what we did best (OFFENSIVE RUSH? LOL.) I loved that game, showed me how enjoyable GG2 can be.

Match 2. Ugh. We fell apart because we couldn't relay proper instructions to each other and we failed to stop a backcap. GA had a solid-ass defense we just couldn't break, with a quote supporting a constructor with autogun. That constructor, Muddy, is a slippery bastard who I couldn't hit for my life.   I think we did our best though, and still managed to get a cap in. All in all, we were steamrolled.

Match 3. Intense. Me and Nyah had to break out heavy defense as rocketman/constructor and managed to stop a billion pushes by RED at the intel. Psychopath shined this match, pulling off a keyhole shot and stopping I_am_awesome's backcap dead in it's tracks by shooting from outside the base, through the window, and right near the ledge of spawn. Incredible. Trueblade, Chu, and Ultros "never stopped pushing," as was my orders, and we won 2-0. No deto vs. quote between me and Archer, though.

Oh god NI vs. SZP matches were horrible.

First match was okay I guess. Second match I turned off announce to lobby as per everyone's request and BAMM 5 minutes later vinserver shuts down, irc gets closed, I'm staring at my desktop with all the icons gone, and I can't move my mouse. I had to reboot my comp.

GA vs. TIC looked like heaven compared to all the technical shit that went on during those two matches. I turned off particles and gibs and everything, set process priority to high, close everything cept for IRC and people still complain about lag. I don't know what else to do. Turning off announce to lobby froze me.

I guess it didn't help that as soon as a lagspike hit, all 12 players immediately opened chat and screamed: OMG LAG LAG LAG in the chat box, making it overflow and causing me to freeze even more. Then I tried using chat and from then on everytime I used chat I froze.

Vindicator should have showed up and actually hosted, I wasn't prepared to host with minimal lag and such. Didn't help that I was the organizer and had to tell people what to do in the irc/chat while I was hosting.

I'lll put up the results later.

GOod game NI. Shame Teeky had to ruing it by asking us to forfit. But you NI guys are allright. I could ahve done better if I wasnt rubber banding all the time. But still I enjoyed it. Matt is balming himself but it went better than Murphey's Law could have predicted.
