Also, I need to ask: Should this be implemented with Vindy's Server mod, Vindy's Chat mod, or Neither. Majority wins! I count as 33 when voting.(Lol jk. but how I know how to mod gaems I can assure you I'd perfer PNG Strips. Besides, I don't have a program to take frame per frame from a GIF unless I Prnt Scrn over and over again. |

Game Maker has a built in function to open up gif files (open from file)
