After months of legal difficulties, 3D Realms has been in dire straits over the release and development of Duke Nukem Forever. Now, those legal difficulties have finally been put to bed as both 3D Realms and Take-Two have decided to drop their lawsuits and continue development on Duke Nukem Forever. What does this mean? Are we finally going to see Duke Nukem Forever, after years of vaporware classification? Link to the article |
