Well, it's pretty much the ultimate game for me, because:

1. It's heavily based on my favorite movie series of all time; Aliens

2. I love difficult platformers

3. I love the plot(s)

4. Some of the pixel art is amazing

Oh, speaking of Aliens, has anyone seen that new Alien game that's coming out soon; Aliens: Infestation? It has some amazing pixel art:

EDIT: Also, the makers of A Boy And His Blob & Gearbox are a part of the project. (But Gearbox is making their own Aliens game; "Colonial Marines", as well).

Why don't you just use Project 64 and play on your computer?

You know, if there were a fake card with moonshell that could read 3d images I'd buy twenty 3ds's just to be sure

Apparently there are 3ds emulators out there already, so yeah.
But I'm too lazy to check again right now.

And honestly, all games I'd want to play on 3DS are OoT, SF64 and SCCT, all of which I've already beaten, and I'm still trying to get 100% in StarFox.

Ooo! Do you think they'd do a Majora's Mask remake? That would look so cool! And probably give me nightmares, that moon is kinda creepy enough as it is.

I've seen it.

Majora's Mask is the creepiest Zelda game there is.

I have to admit, first time through you're not expecting half the stuff it throws at you. That creepy tree at the start, the house full of Stallchildren, the giant Stallchild General.

One of my friends tells me that if ever Majora's Mask stops being creepy to me, imagine it on a more recent engine with fancier models.

I like it because the concept's really grim.

Also, a new engine, I think would be a downgrade. I feel like updated rereleases remove all the meat and bones from a game. I want games in all their shitty pixel glory.

How would updating the graphics "remove all the meat and bones" from the game?

I suppose more detailed graphics would leave less to the imagination and there is nothing scarier than having to fill in the blanks in your head. But it's very possible to upgade the visuals with out ruining the atmosphere.

Most remakes are kinda unecessary, but they're usually not worse than the origional unless they really screwed up.
