Then kill it. But do it sneaky. Like, get a syringe and pour some drops of water on it's innards while it's running. Then, when the DS malfunctioned, wait a few days until the water vaporized, check if it's still broken and then go get your 3DS. |

No. Flash carts utilize exploits in the console's BIOS. The 3DS has a completely different BIOS than its predecessors.
And to ensure I'm right, I just tried my Acekard in my 3DS. Didn't even detect anything in the slot.

And to ensure I'm right, I just tried my Acekard in my 3DS. Didn't even detect anything in the slot.
Can't you upgrade Acekards? Because I think those were one of the first that supported the DSi via updates, so I wouldn't be suprized if there was a 3DS Update, even if you could only play DS titles with it. |

Yeah, see, my ds dying by 'accident' would work if it weren't for the fact that I'm almost at the point where I'm going to need to buy my pc from my dad. Apparently I've been more or less 'borrowing it' this whole time.

Am I the only one who doesn't feel the same enjoyment out of emulating games that I pirate? I downloaded SMW once to emulate it, barely played it, yet I'll play it on my SNES without a problem. Speaking of which, I need to transfer my money to my debit card some time and find a Super Smash TV and Earthbound (and possibly Gameboy player thing with a Pokemon cart) on eBay.
