Nintendo should give up already and go the route of SEGA. They'd be more successful, that way.

The 3DS is doing okay, but Wii sales are shit and they need the Wii U to revive them. If the Wii U fails they should just become a software company. |

1) Look at Gamecube sales. 2) Wii sales have been bad because practically everybody owns one now. And because it's towards the end of a generation. 3) The 3DS is doing leagues better than the PS Vita, its only other competitor ignoring iPhone games and such. |

As far as handhelds go, Nintendo can do whatever they want because no matter how much they can bastardize them, their ones are always infinitely better than not-yet-hacked sony handhelds
And the features for big N's stuff are actually about the gameplay rather than eye-candy or useless phone-like features, even when they're badly implemented
By the way, I've not really been into this whole wiiu thing, aside from the big single screen controller have they leaked any other news?

No the game boy advance that was basically the smallest thing ever and it looked so cool and unpractical I still ask myself why would they release it when everyone knows the SP was better

Nintendo always have had their Gameboy Micros. Like the NES Toploader. Or the DSi(XL).
But the WiiU will be more focused on hardcore games, but still have the Casual gamer under their belt. And from what it looks like, the games will be more focused on requiring less physical input. Also it looks a lot of friendly to third-parties. Rather than limiting your game with motion controls or the Classic Controller, it'll have something that's easy to use as a controller with a few gimmicks that couldn't possible interfere with gameplay. But like I said, this is mostly just speculation.

I knoooooooooow it's just that I was so disappointed by it and its sales because I'm that kind of autistic child
Well, the part about less physical input I already knew, I really hope they won't do like first generation pstriple stuff where they had to force all the developers to use the six axis in obnoxious ways just to show off the hardware, even though that's necessary at some point I really dislike when games which aren't built for using new hardware have useless gimmicks introduced in them

Actually I've been kind of wondering the possibilities for that whole screen-controller that is sooo good ol' Dreamcast, I hope they're gonna port stuff from that console too, but anyhow I was thinking, what kinda games do you see being developed for that kind of controller?

Well, in general I envision games just having you stare at a map or inventory screen a la many third-party DS titles.
I could see a bunch of multiplayer games having a blast with this, maybe give local multiplayer a big jump-start again. Like the TV screen has a camera for the outside party watching, and the individual screens having something the mostly concerns the individual players holding it.
Hopefully the touch screen will be able to recognize two or more input points, rather than just one like the DS.
