Yeah, I love the circle pad. Shit is great for SSFIV3D... not so much for typical platformers.
Also, as compensation the store gave me a pointcard for 2000 DSi points... which I can't use.
Damn you Nintendo, why couldn't you just make everything work with itself?

Polystation controls best controls because smooth d-pad + stick so you can play with whatever you want (except the stick is in an odd placement but unlike GC's d-pad it's actually possible to actually use it)
Actually I'm a sucker for my bootleg'd psx to pc controller with stick and d-pad's love child, a flat surface that doubles as both and is twice as comfy to use

Don't know where else to post this:
What's the best working DS emulator? My parents wont let me buy a DS because they think I'm too old for one (well, my dad does at least), so I want to download an emulator.

It was good for SM3DL too imo. Sure, they forced you to use it but it still worked rather well. But yeah, for Sonic Generations, Cave Story (shut up I didn't buy it it was a Christmas present), Mario Kart 7, etc, the D-Pad is better.

I can understand most of them, but you prefer the D-Pad over the Circle Pad in a racing game? Hmmm... I should see if I can find a 3DS with MK7 as a demo unit somewhere, sine the Circle Pad seemed perfectly fine to me in Pilot Wings Resort and I doubt that Nintendo screwed it up in a Mario Kart title.

So, I played mkds with some of my dad's friends today. they were kicking my ass because it's been forever since I played mkds and I was so used to playing mk7. They didn't even know how to drift or start boost! Once I got back into the mkds groove, we were fairly evenly matched.

Hard.
Sacred Stones is really easy otherwise.
That's debatable if you don't know what you're doing, but Sacred Stones was an easy game because it gave inept players so many safe options (tower grinding, the silver card/secret shops, the manakete princess, etc.) If you want real high-stakes grinding and a generally tougher game, you be a man and play fe7 with it's arenas and shit Or the hardest difficulty Shadow Dragons

Just so you guys know, MGS3D came out a little while ago.
For some reason, the release of this and Kirby's Return to Dreamland has been under the radar for some reason.

I've seen a review for MGS3D and it added basically nothing but some more cinematic stuff
And KRD wasn't so interesting because the novelty of it died a year ago when I discovered they were making it for the gamecube already I think

Nintendo should give up already and go the route of SEGA. They'd be more successful, that way.
I want Mario on my Android phone.
