It was said a little bit back, but subs will probably be needed for Vein or Psycho. No offense to anyone, but the chances of any one person showing up for every match is fairly low. Think of the World Cup, not everyone on the bench gets to play. They practice with the starting team, support them, show up for games, etc.
There is also the thing about counter-picking maps. You might have a great 5 man team set-up for conflict, but the team might fall apart on arena_lumberyard. Having peeps that specialize in not only certain classes, but certain maps will be what separates peeps on the member list and peeps who play on the team. Obviously, there are overall great peeps, but more than not, everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses. Making good substitutes to play certain strengths to certain maps will be a key for victory.
I will also work on having a back-up server open so peeps that don't make the final 5 will have something to do between maps/matches.

So I can livestream too (woo!), so all we need is someone from the east coast that can live stream and we'll be set for all matches.
