Its still not to late to sign up for the East Coast, I can still use some skilled people.

I'll just mark you down for the next tryout if you show any promise.  You can immediately do that if you start playing more with a known alias and can somewhat show your positive results with other known players.

edit: Oh and KOTB, you have not apply for registration in the proper manner that was requested.  I must say, this does not look so good for you at the moment.

Still most likely not. No matter how transparent it is its still going to be distracting in-game. I also don't want to force the server hosts to download every map again or force Psycho to keep adding stuff to his build if it isn't necessary.

Team Captain for USA East Coast is Vein.

My vote goes to Vein.

Not only has he already gotten a game plan together at this point (showing his preparedness). He has already gone to the extent to holding a tryout session for the team's makeup. The past week, he has been actively scouting out the players who signed up for the east coast team so he already knows what some of the players are capable of, but the tryout is where he wants to see the remaining people show their stuff. Most notably when put under pressure.

Vein has already shown more commitment then the other two leaders. Disregarding his 'late' reason why he felt that he should be leader, he's already showing that he knows what he's dong.

Vein also seems much more active then Muddy, if Mud is active at all, and almost as active as Teeky game-wise. So I'd believe he's up to date on player's playstyles and how players would work together.

I don't think much else has to be said. Sign-ups close June 30th, the practice run is still scheduled for July 5th.
