How did ness get worse?
Ness didn't get nerfed; Air Dodging got buffed. Before, you could juggle the shit out of anyone but like Fox, now it's a bit trickier with most characters Edit: Also, it is a bit buffed, the tail of Ness's PK Thunder is quite strong, if you time it right you can have them dodge into the tail |

He's just got some odd attacks. Nothing too bad. There should never really be any time where he doesn't have any Pikmin, it takes almost no time to grab at least one. |
