really surprised to see alot of people favoring brawl over melee
In the end, gaming is about having fun. To that end, I think Brawl delivers very well. |

I prefer Melee due to its physics and character balance, but my friend hates Melee, so Brawl is what we play. Brawl isn't so bad when you learn to customize it to your liking; I still play BBrawl, it's an absolutely blessing to the gameplay and solved a lot of our problems with the game. It's still sluggishly paced at times, but I can forgive it. I always mained Kirby. I'm okay with a few of the other characters, such as Fox and Sonic, but so far, I've beaten every single person I've played with Kirby.
Kirby's always been a fun character in each iteration. I've gotten back into playing it on Brawl. |

Yes. It's basically a polished-up vanilla Brawl; random tripping removed, infinite chain grabs removed, characters rebalanced via damage tweaks, modified buffer time, super armor here and there, etc.. Every character is A tier in Balanced Brawl. |

I do like how they make it so that certain attacks don't cause knockback if it doesn't do enough damage. That really seems to be what gave Meta Knight all his girth

i only play with items when friends come over because they cant survive without them. thats when i become kirby and eat all of the items except for the smash ball, which i kick off the screen.
