I can't help but feel that making Meta Knight the most overpowered character was intentional.
I mean, he's RIGHT in the middle of the character select screen. LITERALLY right in the middle. And the guy who directed Brawl also created the Kirby franchise, and he always seemed to have an inkling towards Meta Knight over Kirby.'
Additionally, all the entries on the SSBB website sort of looks at Meta Knight almost adoringly, rather than just informatively like the entries on the other characters.

I dont like playing as meta knight because if you use any of his B attacks in midair, he cant jump. In my opinion, captain falcon is overpowered. I knocked someone off the stage and killed him with just falcon punch and the opponent had 10% of damage on him before i used falcon punch.
