basicly you could start holding the nade  once you see an enemy, and release it when it only has second to explode, making it blow on their suprised faces

F once to arm grenade, F to throw. Perhaps instead of having a timer start right after pressing F for the first time, maybe certain grenades could explode on contact with players in general or by shooting them or being in the range of another explosion, though I don't know if that's exactly what it hypothetically needs.

Why not a Yoshi's Island-like system ? Press the grenade button to aim the grenade, move the cursor to aim while the grenade is more or less going to explode, click to fire. Pressing the button again cancels the grenade fire.
Sounds pratical to me.

I like this, because it rings true to the original fortress mod, a la Quake.

Nothing much at the moment. Just a little issue with Leiche and GMK.

To be honest:

He currently has none. That's why he is not able to make anything right now. It sucks, but well. What should we do? Let's hope for the best.

A 2D enviroment (and more importantly, in a game like GG) pretty much nullifies disguising and feigning, since players have a wide range of view, thus seeing you before you can even put your disguise or when you "suddenly die" without taking any damage. Perhaps the only way those things can work is if they're an added effect to a certain attack (like stabbing).

Stab an enemy, no corpse is left (or perhaps the enemy's corpse is replaced with yours hehe), you get automatically disguised as your victim. Your name is then colored to match the enemy team's. You lose your disguise if you pick up the intel, get hurt or if you press m2 (you go invis, but lose the disguise or something. I don't know Drolling). I believe this would just become pretty confusing and would make the general gameplay less fun and more confusing. The same thing could be said about feigning

Until someone comes up with a better way to implement disguises or feigning into the Infiltrator without making everyone's head a mess, you might as well just stick to your infinite invis ability.
