cp_stonetwo doesn't exist.
It does, but for some reason it doesn't show up in the actual map rotation.
You need to use custom map rotation to get it.

scout is op since classes lack good and trusty weapons to kill him, in tfc he was the easiest one to kill.
You can kill the Scout with two well placed rockets, or one sniper rifle shot.
So you may say that the soldier is UP a bit.
But an OP scout ?
No wai, he has only 80 hp :O

also the autogun isnt building like it does in tfc


Scout is not OP. He is just balantly quick. Same for his death. A heavy works. Or a sniper. Or a sentry. Or a rocketman. You can actually kill him quite fast.
