A simple mod Team Death Match changed UUID because it includes a new internal map
Credit to Vindicator map, JuiceBox360 for the first DM mods, Snare for suggested making it


To set kills change the cap limit

Basically check if there are no other game modes (basicroomsetup)
create overlay (DMScorePanel)
if overlay exists add +1 to global.(team)Caps for every kill (doeventplayerdeath)

and thats basically it

DM Maps can be made by making a map with no intel, point, or gen

I almost created a mod for this for NGS but then I realized that the capping sounds would make people go crazy.

Then again, I guess there's no other way to do it for normal servers z7

It wouldn't play sounds at all. You would just have to make it so that you add a global.(team)Caps +=1; in the doplayerdeathevent for everykill

The sounds only plays when the script doplayerscoreintel is called

Yeah but in the CAPS update event if any desync is found it just replays that sound effect I thought

Oh yeah forgot to mention to make dm maps just make a map with no specific game mode entities
ie points, intels, and gens

Mk normal server compatible mod, best to use maps that have the intel in a wallmask or be unreachable

To use just host and kills adds 1 point to one team, uses caplimit as the dm kill limit

didn't test it but should work

to do:
make an option to make the host able to turn off dm and use regular ctf
