So we need a moderator for this section.
When this has happened in the past I've just gotten bombarded with requests and due to the quantity I have trouble taking them seriously.
I want the communities opinion but I'm also worried about doing this publicly because then it has the potential to turn into a shitstorm wherever everyone is trying to puff up their chests and put others down to make themselves look better.
Before I even start taking nominations, we should figure out a way that we can go about this in a civil manner without people getting annoyed or jealous.
Thoughts?

Perhaps people aren't able to apply, but must be nominated by one or more members. Those who are nominated are then inquired if they wish to moderate said section and provide a brief overview/resume/interview of themselves. Etc. Etc.

rock u not going mod Also people just nominate others and instead of a poll you just choose whoever you feel would work? I can't imagine this section needing many mods. |
