Just tell whatever Dev is working on it to make a parent for the gun to go to instead. If you do it that way and give both objects [Chell and NoclipChell] that parent, the gun will stay with them.

One last thing: Tell them to center the Player sprites, too. No sense in having more than one object if they're not centered.
