Added your team Vyse Substitutes - If your team is down a member, you can get a substitute only if both teams agree to the member. So if you want Techno as your substitute and the other team say "Haha, no." tough peaches. You may play with less members, but you can't play with more. You can plan substitutes or you can grab some random guy on irc, your choice. |

The fact that you can get them from anywhere is balanced by the fact that the other team has to agree to it. If you can't agree on a substitute you will just have to play down a man (3v4, 2v4, etc). and cp_egypt? @Blaze: Added |

Which is why I will try and schedule your match around the times all the members can play, so you don't have to worry about substitutes in the first place.
The thing with choicing your own substitutes is that it limits your substitutes to just those people. You could have everything scheduled right, tell your substitute they aren't needed, and find out that they actually are needed. You'd be forced to play down a man. Being able the substitute anyone gives you a better chance of getting someone in the game, but it also makes it so you could get say AEF to come in. If that were the case, your team wouldn't have won the game, your substitute did, and I'd get a lot of whineing from the other team, which is why both teams have to agree on the substitute.
