Or even the Firebug- in TF2 (s)he seems at least somewhat laid-back, between the air guitar and the videogame and movie references and all that jazz. GG2 all you've got is a nonsensical maniac whose taunt bubble doesn't even make sense.

I couldn't help but think of our Runner as some guy from Brooklyn or something (rather than Valve's supposed Boston), the Healer actually gave a damn about his patients, etc.
