Okay, less of a nerf.
Logical style: Bullet is nerfed in water. Physics will slow it to 1/2 of regular speed.

I think there is a problem if a spy goes into the water.... when he comes out, he sould be wet person in water -> person is wet so... when he comes out, I think he should be somewhat visible... do u guys see what im trying to say??

So, perhaps when you go into water, you get a little Air meter that slowly drains. When it runs out, you lose life. When you exit water, the air meter will replenish and disappear. Also, when underwater, the Pyro could shoot bubbles that drain an opponent's air meter faster.

Uhh
bubbles would fill it. Compressed oxygen and all.
Also, what about this? (In theory for a mod or something): Pyro has no air meter. Since he's useless underwater it's a pretty good risk/reward thing. Routes that other people would take damage on he can go through unharmed, but cant use his weapon while there.

Ariblast, though? I think it would work underwater.

A mix of the two. Also even though bubbles are made out of gas, they'll replenish the air of bothe team members. In other words, CRAZY IVAN GG2 STYLE

DARN IT I just can't resist it, but here I go: If you want to do water, and you have GM, open the source and start by creating a new object called "water". Then open the object "Flame" (it's in Projectiles) and set it so that on collision with the object water, it destroys itself (instance_destroy()). Also, if you want to make it like TF2, go into the weapon Flamethrower. Make a collision event for water so that it fires the projectile bubble instead of the flames, and make the shot damage 0. Better - do this in User Event 1: if (collision_point(x, y, water, true, true)>0) { // code that tells it to fire bubbles } else { // continue with the regular code. }
Now, for the visual stuff. no not doin it bye Note that this will not be compatible with the current build.

Last time I checked, oxygen was NOT flammable, and humans really shouldn't breathe non-oxygen gases.
