I think my main problem with the scout one is that he turns and falls to fast. He should turn around then fall, not fall while turning.


The other one is more like
OH MY GOD MY SPINE. WHO DID THIS? OH YOU FUC-dies.-

This one is more like someone punched him across the face, and he got knocked out.

I like the heavy and engie, the only thing I request on him is a head bob when he falls to his knees. Medic seems like his arms go to high. It's almost like he's wryying. perhaps the angle upwards is too sharp, but regardless it still looks good. The spy looks great as well, but the only problem is the lack of a frame or 2 at the start of it. 1 frame makes a large difference.

Scout's gonna look better when the frames are slower (I think).
Engie...ok, I guess, 2 requests are enough to make me improve it.
And I know the Medic looks strange... Well, It's actually 1 or 2 frames to change, so no big deal.
But don't expect me to do anything until friday.

Your animations are okay in general, but they could use a lot more work with the exception of the engineer. That one's almost perfect aside from the sliding that I presume is from you moving it within the small frame.

I'm not too fond of any "last breath" style death sequences, the reason being is that it encourages kamikaze attacks when at low health.

Some players might get into the mindset that running back to resupply for health just is not worth the time when they can go down in a blaze of glory and take someone down with them BECAUSE they died.

Oh forgot to answer that.
Use Beneton Movie Gif its real good.
Make some blank frames
Copy and paste the sprite frame by frame(you can make edits on the same drawing program)
right click change frame delay
watch it loop
decide if you like it.
save into what ever

Use photoshop if you have it. It's got a built in gif animator which works fine.
