Yes, I completely stole the idea from quack about talking about things.

Oh, uh...lopl. Well, Team Agh Hit The Ball is going to steamroll everyone, we need a strategy, otherwise we'll get slaughtered. For team Gunspinner all we have to do is neutralize Soup and Vyse, and the team will cave. Hopefully.

Well, we'll definitely need a medic for healing, and we'll also need a scout for mobility and getting up to higher places. Firebugs have incredibly small range, and their only real points of use are on a rocketman with an empty clip, airblasting teammates that aren't on fire off, and superbursts. And they'll definitely not be useful with the likes of these teams. Rocketmen can rocketjump to high places, and put out massive amounts of damage  provided the terrain is right. They can also charge superbursts faster and destory deployed stickies. But I'm not sure if you guys play rocketman that much. Overweights are too slow and have a small range, unless they were used to accompany a constructor. Detonators can fuck shit up with a healer, and have the ability to rocketjump, without the slow speed of a rocketman or the clip. Constructors wouldn't be very useful in this situation since they're just scouts with a bit more health and a puny sentry, which can be taken down with a bit of patience and explosives. Infiltrators have a great handcannon with great range, and can stab for instakill. Snipers are only good if they can take out the medic, which I doubt we'll be able to do.

Tl;DR

I think we should go with either

 x21 x26 x24 x27

For 2 on defense and 2 on offense

 x21 x26 x28 x25

If we're to go on the offensive

 x21 x26 x24 x28

Judging by our main classes.

I dunno about Rommel or Beasta, but I can play an average deto/rocketman. I think we should stick with our main classes and see how it plays out. If we need defense, we'll go defense. Pure offense will not work in our favour, we'll get slaughtered and be open to easy intel steals from [possible] enemy scouts. So we should either go the balanced set or the main set. I dunno though, I'm not a strategist; that's just my opinion.

What do you suggest then? That's what I've got you down for on the front page.

And spies can be useful, just stay out of range, attack from the back when they've got their hands tied, or grab the intel when no one's watching it. That's implying their classes allow it.

Then that would mean you're runner, I'm overweight, Beasta Iunno and Rommel would be spy but it may not be too useful for 4 vs 4.

Since I'm not on the PHS team, I'll leave this thread for awhile. Just wanna throw it out there that we should have a purge after the 4v4, pm all the members of the clan beforehand, whichever ones respond can stay in, others are deleted. Then we could recruit and possibly live.
