Apart from that, spies have a head too large. And demoman are too gray-ish. Put some more black. |

Like, Demoman's shoulders: they're grayish, they're supposed to be completely black. I mean, it's not even shaded, it's black.
Also some character are very hard to distinguish between BLU and RED members. Heavy, Sniper and Demoman are just...identical. Put a bit brighter colors in the 1st version of these sprites (y'know, the shaded one).

Double post, but it's worth it I hope. Here's a good lookin' Demo. If you complain about the lighting on the vest, check it up with the Demo in TF2. He also has longer legs and has a less bent back. Oh yeah, and he's more obvious.  Also, I have fixed the Pyro's mask to something more suitable until you find more flaws to it.  Enjoy. |
