 *cough* when using colored pencils, don't color in a single side-to-side motion, because that ends up overlapping the material in random areas and making the colored area look horribly uneven. color in circles to coat it more evenly. i really do like the perspective you've given to the streets/fences/houses behind, though  |

i'm going to use street fighter here, because their gender distinctions are quite absolute female face - pointy chin, face generally stylized to have no cheekbones  male face - square/broad chin, prominent cheekbones  |

wait wat, that's a girl? i thought it was a guy, because every part of her body resembles a dude. i didn't even know those were boobs, thought it was some design on the shirt. don't be afraid to draw curves, work on facial structure. eyelashes/double eyelids can easily turn a guy -> girl when drawing cartoony thangs. learn to draw females also, i guess
and uh, boobs dont really look like that. they're not that flat on the bottom and so close together (varies for size)
