That makes me want the current community have access to some sort of senior thread where we can have relatively civilized discussions. Great way to say "fuck off" to any non-13yo-minded person who wants and can help the project, just because they weren't here before the kiddy influx. If anything like a brkn spllng influx really happens, it'll be better to just create some rules like "Try to speak clearly, avoid netspeak", than create a small group of people who call themselves "oldfags". |

I've heard reports that this issue is out, and we are advertised on the cover as 'TF2 and GTA go retro" as GG is included in a feature on the TIGSource Bootleg Demakes competition. Any brits around should head to your nearest newsstand and see if you can get some scans for us!

I read in PCG about your little shindig here, I'm impressed, and I just have to say this:
I was displeased at the fact that there were no online servers yet people online (Look: Shoutbox).
I, however, thought that at least you would have improvised a single-player configurable NPC load out instead of just Multiplayer and Hosting.

You most likely are in the wrong version. Here's the latest: GG2_b40a. As for a "single-player configurable NPC load out," please remember that this is still technically a beta, and the coding capabilities of the contributors are limited to what GameMaker can do. Right now the top priority is to get all the multiplayer features out and stable, which will take a while. As for now, give it a shot. The servers are often full, but don't give up. It's a hell of a fun game. |
