So everything on this server just went shape of pear - RED spawning in BLU's spawn, no capping possible, health stays at 100% through heavy boolets and spy stabbings.  |

You could say Rocketmen are broken on almost every map though lol. Constructors die to like every medic combo in the game  I'm a little unclear about what makes spies broken there though. |

2) Again, people suck
3) They can go through the map without being detected and the bottom route is perfect for them to cap through. They also are the only thing that can take out a sentry in that one spot near the intel without a medic.

The problem with hairpin is that jelloing and generally reckless and offensive play is too effective.
As engie or any other kind of defender you have a very hard time, because you're very vulnerable to long range-spam, the rush distance is short and there's no feasible point for a forward defense. The only choke point you can use is the intel room itself.
