Also I could just mod the CSS. I have Cave editor.
If you mean "CSS" as in "Cave Story source code", it doesn't matter if you're using Cave Editor or Sue's Workshop or what. Nearly everything in CS is hard-coded it seems, and multiplayer and shiz would require knowledge of assembly and an almost complete re-write of the engine.

I'm talking tilesets/maps. Just mod the original sprites to fit in the size.

Also I'm trying to get the WiiWare sprites into a PC port. Right now Balrog has eyebrows, and Quote has a scarf.  hehe

But...

Wait a minute. The Wiiware sprites are twice as large as the normal sprites.

Sprite sizes, hitboxes, and the game res are all hardcoded.

Did you assembly hack it or are you pulling this out of your ass

Call me cynical but I'm leaning toward the latter
