If you touch this you get a barrier.
It basically makes you 100% invincible. Everything you touch takes insane grinding damage, but it only lasts for like 7-8 seconds. Giving you just enough time to switch to your "rambo" gun, if you have one equipped, and run in INSIDE of the horde, blast, and get out.

hm. maybe. but here's an idea: so we have poison/fire/cold weapons correct? Correct. now we are also robots correct? Correct. so would it make sense to have upgrade items that lessened the impact of those attacks? Correct. BUT. we don't want people using all damage resistance items that make them near godly, now do we? Correct. SO: there's a limited number of upgrade slots, however you can change those upgrades as easily as you can your look, (so slightly hard to do.) |

and why would ness be in a Cavestory game?!
because i said it a long time ago Pancakes is a vital item who heals 0 health, rare drop awesome pancakes variant heals -3 health
