What is there to be balanced? It would turn out like this:

-Remove Engies because everyone believes autogin is OP autogin is OP autogin is OP
-Remove Spies because he has an overpowered handcannon and passive invisibility
-Remove Scoots because they're so good at flagrunning and one-on-one battles
-Remove Detos because their skill cieling is too high and near-impossible to play when lagging
-Remove Rocketmangs because everyone hates rockets in general
-Attempt to balance Hoovy but end up removing him anyway
-Remove Rifflemang because they couldn't strike the balance between OP and UP
-Remove Healurz because rambomedics are OP and most healers never heal anyone anyway
-Remove Fireboogs because nobody loves a D+M1er
-Remove Quote and Curly because of swordrape and butthurt about CS in general
-Remove Classicwell, Egypt and Dirtbowl because nobody likes them
-Remove the Options menu, now nobody can yell at players because everyone is a Player
-Remove the title screen music, it's too upbeat
-Complain a bit, then long for "the old days of b43"
