PHS is still recovering from the nuke, we lost our leaders and many members, give us a bit to sort it out, we will likely be ready during the winter break or so. |

And this clan has a rep for hording new people, but not really going anywhere beyond that. If you want a clan war Setsuna you will probably have to set everything up yourself because woopy won't (no offense).

I think I may do just that. I say that, if you really want to war, you should do this:
1. Decide amongst yourselves who you want to war with. I may or may not take part in this decision.
2. We will then make it publicly known who we are warring with.
3. Whenever you encounter our enemy on a server, always take the opposite team as them. If you encounter a fellow PKer, join their team if possible.
