So we need a mapmaker/sprite guy. This seems like the only place even remotely relevant for it.
The art doesn't need to be all that fancy, stuff like this would be more than fine, both for map and for sprites:
The only thing is it's a fairly big project and the maps will be huge and need nonstandard cover. Think battleships and groundfighting at the same time.
