Someone should make a mod that doesn't allow two or more people to have the same name, and flat out reject a person with the name "Player" or someone who doesn't enter a name at all.
For example:
Let's say I'm hosting a server. Someone is attempting to multi-client. This person is named "Mr. Dude." Let's say he tries to get his second client to join the server. With this mod, the server would check the current players for the name "Mr. Dude," and if "Mr. Dude" is already in the server, the second client is sent back a whole bunch of garbage code, thus not allowing him to join the game. This mod would probably be useful on the "Lulzstats" server to prevent 1) Stat boosting via dual or triple clienting 2) Force others to change their names from "Player" because there's a fuckton of people named "Player" on the stats list

Possible, but multi client would still be possible; just change the name of the other client before joining

Possible, but multi client would still be possible; just change the name of the other client before joining  In that case, maybe add some sort of IP-tracking feature to block multiple instances of the same IP, if that's possible.

Heh, in fact, that is one of the features currently under development. (Not IP-Tracking, but the idea is posted in the "GG2 Stats Mod" thread in the Mods section.)
