Can anyone attempt to make a dispenser&teleporter sprites and post it?

If any of the developers working on V 2.1.2 are reading this, would it be possible to decrease the Firebug/Pyro's "Airblast" reload time in order to help prevent rocketspam? It seems to me that 1.5-2 seconds (as opposed to the current 3) would give players an opportunity for balance, without nerfing the Rocketman. never suggested before besides that would make more people play firebug and who wants that?

Or you can make a mod that disables killcam and gibs, but blood only.
Good idea. I second. Also maybe someone can make a minigun that shoots gibs/blood/quote/curlys? I'm in the mood for a really gory gun.

So I've been trying to catch on to GML, and stuff.
I've also been trying some basic sprite modding.
So I made the wrench animated, and made it into a weapon object--sorry, it doesn't actually hurt people, it's merely for aesthetics--I'd be surprised if someone hasn't done it already. The GIF is my avatar or personal image or whatever. It doesn't loop, though, I'll make it loop once I get back to the computer at my dad's house.
Anyway, enough rambling. I was going to make a Constructor mod. Like:
SentryHUD flashes when sentry is low on health When standing Idle, the Constructor takes out his wrench.
Purely aesthetic, really. I was contemplating some other things, but I'll hold them off for later.
I think I have a basic idea of how to do them, but my GML is still kinda shaky.
All I really need is someone on standby for a bit of coding support, and someone to do the uploading for me. Support on this is really more important than uploading here, because I have a few more contacts now that can help me out incase someone else is unavailable. If you don't feel like uploading, it's fine by me.

I realize the idea isnt new, but what if somebody ran a server with the reduced reload time, for testing? After all, pyros are easier to deal with the rocket spammers.

An idea I had easy garrison All enemies have their health above them but in numbers and instead of bullets you shoot numbers according to the damage. For  add and laser sight that go the full length of their shot so you can aim better. A mod to improve your skills. A little update maybe an  alert if you get to close and show  's airblast range.

I'd really like to see a mod where every type of bullet is replaced by rockets (each character still keeps their respected rates of fire), the amount of rockets allowed on screen per player is bumped up to 50, all characters have x4 health, firebugs can run as fast as runners with a bigger airblast hitbox, can triple jump and has double range for fire, deto's stickies do double damage and have x2 sized hitbox, Sniper shots have double firing rate, do 90 damage and the shot goes through enemies, Q/C's swords do triple damage and triple knockback, Q/C's amount of bubbles and the rate they can spawn them is doubled... I'll post the rest of the ideas if anyone likes this.

I can actually make that, Although I don't know what controls the airblast hitbox
