I was gonna do that but first I need to download the new garrison builder plus find all the old bgs and wms for the versions with the spawns.

I'll do that later, I suppose. Also:

Quick update.

Finished BLU's main "base". Tweaked roofing of the point.

There's still much to do, including changing the backdrop and afterwards the panes of the glass to better suit the backdrop.

So. Any, uh, opinions?

You need to make the whole map a lot wider. Corinth has a spawn to spawn distance of 350pixels and it consists of people just mindlessly rushing on the point. And your map is currently shorter so it will be even crazier.
For comparison: Harvest is 500, Valley is 600 and yours is  <300.

As for the art: Look at some pictures of real smoke. The 2dfort-like stairs look ugly.

Quick update for Muddy.

Wallmask:



Compile this map really quick. Don't worry about bullet walls and such, just run around the entire map and look for places where the jumps are impossible or you get stuck. All jumps should be possible by all characters, but I'm not too sure about the roof of the point. However, if only Scouts can get on the roof, that's fine.

Fixed that really quick.

I'm about 35% done with the entire map, ignoring wallmask changes.

Here's a little progress report so far.



I'm pretty confident in the wallmask for this map now, so the next beta will be when the map design is completed.

It's not going to be a night map. If anything it'll be dawn or maybe noon.

It's just uh, purple because Muddy did that for the beta stages.



Okay, the map's all done. Enjoy.

Seriously though, this is going alright. I just need to find a good color for the sky.

Also the map's a bit too bright. When I'm finished with everything, I'll do a quick little edit and make the whole map a tad bit darker.

So, any opinions? Suggestions?
